Having Tatiana as our loan officer made our home buying experience truly enjoyable. She was always reliable, accessible, and communicative about our progress towards loan approval. My husband and I were halfway through the loan approval process (purchase contract was already signed and the closing deadline was a little over a month away) when we found out that the mortgage company we were working with was not going to approve us because of a misunderstanding with the HOA of the condo. Luckily, our real estate agent referred us to Tatiana and she made it possible for us to get approved just in time and without any issues. We really liked that she answered all of the questions we had throughout the process and explained everything to us with patience and care. As first-time home owners this meant a lot to us.
